In 2013, Forthea began working with The Houston Fertility Institute (HFI) to redesign their website. HFI’s existing website was out-of-date and offered a limited user experience. Forthea worked closely with HFI to design a fresh, mobile friendly website that focused on increasing user experience, functionality, and SEO optimization.
HFI approached Forthea after becoming dissatisfied with their existing vendor, which owned all of HFI’s digital assets (everything from domain names to hosting). Forthea worked with the HFI and the previous vendor to transfer ownership to HFI, creating a successful, long term relationship between the two companies.
HFI took the site redesign as an opportunity to also rebrand their public facing marketing efforts. Forthea presented the client with several mood boards that helped define their new site. These represented tonal directions for the site and included color palettes, typography, textures, and photography.
As a full service interactive marketing agency, Forthea’s SEO specialists were able to optimize on-page copy and metadata on the new site to help drive relevant organic traffic to HFI’s site. Identifying high value, relevant keywords, Forthea helped increase HFI’s organic year-over-year traffic by 45%.
