Purpose

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the change on our corporate marketing efforts. This includes being responsible for our corporate demand generation, marketing strategy/planning and goals, and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Develops and implements the annual marketing plan and budgets, tracks performance and refines as required to achieve results. Manages major short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing projects, programs and plans including geographic expansion and service/product area expansion. Manages and motivates cross-functional teams to accomplish agreed upon marketing and sales goals. Determines the appropriate target companies and market segments to be served. Conducts category and account analysis, competitive analysis, and market research leading to the development of actionable insight regarding services, accounts, and company behavior
  • Administers and/or oversees all lead generation and lead management (i.e. lead nurturing and lead scoring) activities. Develops and executes corporate demand generation strategy. Generates a steady flow of leads into and through our marketing automation/CRM platforms from tools such as: paid search/remarketing, SEO, content marketing, events, webinars, email, list buys, strategic partnerships, advertorials and social
  • Responsible for the short-term and long-term vision and positioning of the brand.
  • Contributes to and manages the corporate marketing content production process, including content strategy. Leads the copywriting for all corporate marketing activities, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for all channels. Researches, writes and edits web content, case studies, customer testimonials, email campaigns, video and webinar scripts as well as marketing collateral
  • Leads the overall strategy and planning for all corporate marketing events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 3-5 Years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven demand generation experience/driving qualified B2B leads
  • Proven track record of exceeding challenging marketing goals
  • Proven marketing automation experience (with Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Effective writing and communication skills (including presentation skills)
  • Respected influencer of others actions and opinions
