For digital marketing efforts to be truly effective, driving the right traffic to the site is only half the battle—we must constantly optimize the user experience to get the most out of user visits. When users are on a site, they have a goal they wish to accomplish. It's our job to uncover that goal and make it as easy as possible for the user to follow through.

A Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for client strategy and planning, preparing client deliverables and tasks as well as analyzing client performance and results. This person will also perform analytics and maintenance updates and may help with new business accounts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients and team to gather business, user and marketing requirements.
Create and transform designs into standards-based templates and code within various client content management systems.
Create custom client-side solutions to extend site functionality and enhance user experience.
Install, configure and debug third-party modules.
Design and implement basic custom PHP/SQL/server-side solutions.
Perform QA checks (style & functionality) on sites prior to deployment.
Provides input into development and modification of policies and procedures, and recommends strategies for implementing new and existing policies.
Actively communicate with team and clients on progress, present options and pitch solutions.
Resolves issues and requests presented by team.

Qualifications

3+ years client-side scripting experience.
2+ years server-side scripting experience.
Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in LAMP environment.
Required experience in CSS, HTML, and jQuery
Proficient in PHP and SQL
Demonstrated attention to detail, and strong QA process/skills.
Experience with back-end application development involving API/web services programming.
Preferred experience with ModX and WordPress
Must be absolutely trustworthy with customer and business data.
Great “can-do” attitude. Self-motivated, team player.
