The CRO Analyst role is tasked with digging into a website's user behavior data to understand what is working well and which areas can use refinement. Their analysis of this data informs their design decisions and leads to the development of new layouts, content, modules, and functionality, often coupled with A/B testing to ensure peak performance.
You will be working closely with senior planners, account managers, and digital marketing specialists across the company and serve as an integral part of the service organization and the company's overall growth.
