Key Responsibilities
- Periodic meetings with Account Executive to review success status.
- Periodic meetings with Client to review overall progress, strategy, satisfaction and any new needs.
- Stay abreast of all current agency accounts for reference in new business presentations.
- Assist agency leadership with research, and information gathering.
- Serve as liaison between client and production team, working closely with production team leads to ensure success.
- Constant review accounts for trouble-spots, trying to improve what may seem to be satisfactory situations.
- Periodically review client’s primary performance metrics and meet with production team to ensure success.
- Review account performance and present suggestions and proposals for up-sells.
- Successfully negotiate and close renewals for appropriate ongoing products and services.
- Create proposals for new services, add-ons, and upgrades; work with agency leadership and production departments to develop, if necessary; review with client, answering any questions they have; finalize proposals with client, making modifications as necessary and arranging for contract signing.
- Proactively monitor and report on client success to internal teams.
- Able to travel locally occasionally.
- Perform other related duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree from 4-year, accredited college.
- Minimum Experience: 1-2+ years’ experience in an account management, project management or relationship management role, preferably within an online advertising firm, or enterprise technology firm.
- Excellent client and account service record; track record of accomplishing successful results for clients.
- Experience with writing, presenting and executing effective communications, media or interactive marketing plans.
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Consulting or similar.
- Minimum Computer Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Minimum Attitude: Superb.
