Kristina joined Forthea in 2013 and leads the human resources team as HR Supervisor. She is an integral part of the leadership team managing agency-wide employee performance and developing ongoing culture activities including team building.
Her work recruiting the agency’s digital marketing specialists is a critical asset to sourcing top performers for client service teams along with leadership and executive roles. In addition, Kristina manages training and development efforts that keep the team evolving with new technologies and methods. The hustle is real.
Kristina attended University of Houston and brings 15 years of experience to the team. When she’s not in the office she’s probably adopting her 17th dog (only a slight exaggeration) or eating crawfish (no matter the season).
