Forthea was invited to travel to Austin this month as a select group to attend the Google Trusted Digital Media Advisor program. The full program included sales training as well as an in depth look at some of Google’s tools for client development.
Mark Woodland from Accelerate Performance led the sales training portion of the program and touched on planning, preparation, agendas, research and the desired situation and outcomes. The entire process is a consistent overview of how to internalize sales to reduce “mental gymnastics” required to focus on the mechanics of the interaction and instead focus on the client.
Forthea was one of seventeen digital agencies invited to attend the event. These and other Google events lead to continuous improvement within the agency and rapid growth.
