Today at Forthea we were treated to a special “jam session” from our PPC team lead, Davis Baker. A “jam session” at Forthea is an internal lunch training that provides us with an opportunity to present something we’re passionate about to the company. Continuous improvement is one of our core values so what better way to do this than through a knowledge sharing lunch!
Davis will be speaking at Hero Conf in Portland this Monday, April 27th 2015 on the topic, “Behavioral Economics & PPC.” To help himself prepare he went through his entire presentation with us. It was like we were at Hero Conf, but even better, because we were eating Chick-fil-A while learning about searcher irrationality in PPC.
For all of you lucky folks attending the conference, be sure to check out Davis’ presentation Monday 4/27 at the 1:00 – 1:45 pm panel.
We’ll be following along on Twitter using the hashtag #heroconf. Also, be sure to tweet Davis good luck @davisbaker!
And for the unlucky folks (non-attendees) be sure to checkout Davis’ previous blog posts here. We will post more about his PPC Hero Conf presentation at a later date, but there is plenty to learn in the meantime!
